For Interns

Applicants should be students in their penultimate year, from the Black community pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies in the UK.

Candidates should have previous work experience in their home countries or other international settings, demonstrating their capabilities in their chosen profession.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to their career development and a desire to excel in their chosen field.

Candidates must possess the necessary work permits or right-to-work documentation required for employment in the UK for at least 3-12 months without restrictions.

FOR EXPERIENCED TALENTS

Applicants must be skilled individuals from the Black community, possessing relevant work experience and expertise in their respective fields.

Candidates should have previous work experience in their home countries or other international settings, demonstrating their capabilities in their chosen profession.

Eligible applicants must have limited or no work experience in the UK, making them eligible for the programme's support in gaining UK work exposure.

Candidates must possess the necessary work permits or right-to-work documentation required for employment in the UK for at least 3-12 months without restrictions.
