About the Role

Are you organised, detail‑focused, and interested in gaining hands‑on experience in organisational development, reward, and job architecture? This internship offers the opportunity to join our People Team and support a project focused on establishing a comprehensive register of all job role profiles across the firm.

Working closely with the EVP & Reward team, you’ll help translate existing role profiles into a new template, support the mapping of colleagues to the correct profile, and contribute to governance processes that will shape how role profiles are managed in the future. It’s about:

  • Role Reporting – Use headcount reports to create a detailed register of all job roles across the organisation.
  • Data Integrity – Reconcile job title data to ensure accuracy and alignment with the organisation’s job architecture.
  • Role Profile Standardisation – Review existing job role profiles and convert them into a new template.
  • Consistency – Ensure consistency of language, structure, and formatting across all updated profiles.
  • Alignment & Mapping – Support the process of mapping all colleagues to the correct approved job role profile using the register and headcount data.
  • Quality Assurance – Highlight any missing profiles, discrepancies, duplicate roles, or unclear mapping to project leads.
  • Governance Framework Development – Contribute to the set-up of a new governance process for maintaining approved job role profiles which will help future version control.  Working collaboratively with the EVP & Reward and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the governance process is fit for purpose.

Project Coordination – Maintain organised folders, trackers, and supporting documents to ensure strong project management discipline

What we’re looking for

  • Ability to work with reports and datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for data and file management.

  • Ability to follow structured templates and apply standard formatting rules.
  • Ability to maintain consistency in tone, language, and layout across documents.
