Credit Operations Associate – Regulatory Reporting
Credit Platform Services is a global team which supports both the US Private Bank and the International Private Bank. With offices in the US, Edinburgh, Geneva and Singapore and offshore teams in India and the Philippines, Credit Platform Services partners closely with Lending & Mortgage Specialists and Credit Risk Executives to provide exceptional client experience.
As the Credit Risk Associate, you will lead and support the team’s regulatory reporting agenda being responsible for preparation and submission of reports to regulators and internal finance teams. In addition to the regulatory reporting you may also be required to support production teams responsible for preparation of client documentation, credit facility set up and monitoring as required by the business.

Job responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of reports for credit & mortgage lending to regulators and to internal finance teams
- Lead initiatives to streamline the regulatory reporting processes and automate preparation of the reports
- Maintain a robust control framework for preparation and submission of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with firmwide regulatory reporting standards
- Support the teams internal/external audit and regulatory exam activities
- Support production teams responsible for preparation of client documentation, credit facility set up and monitoring as required by the business
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Financial Services, banking or credit experience background
- Detail oriented with excellent organisational and prioritization skills
- Analytical thinker with a curious and inquisitive mind-set and a proven ability to lead towards execution and delivery of results
- You should be a collaborative team member who is flexible and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance on high demand and time-sensitive initiatives
- Ability to lead and influence others with excellent initiative and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate key messages and simplify complex business situations at all levels including to Senior Leaders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Knowledge of low-code and no code tools such as Alteryx / Tableau / UiPath / VBA / Python / would be an advantage although training will be provided
- Knowledge of credit products – mortgages and loans would be beneficial
